Hand Applied (Vertical Faces) A cold applied sealant specifically designed for vertical surfaces — sea walls, bridge stems, wall faces, and expansion joints on structures. At Shepherd and Sons, our primary hand-applied product is Fosroc Thioflex 600, a gun-grade, one-part polysulphide sealant engineered for vertical and overhead joints where pourable systems can’t be used. Applied by hand or gun, it delivers the same proven cold-applied chemistry our teams use across horizontal pavement work, adapted for vertical application.
